Visit with Dad and Sue and T's first Tattoo

We went to visit Grammy for a bit and stopped by to see Dad.

 

Then it was off to get some knew ink. T has been asking about a tattoo for a couple years now and I told him that is not just something you just "do", you have to put much time and thought into it as it will be with you the rest of your life. Finally this trip we were able to get it and we did it together. This is something I will cherish forever. I hope he does too. I will cacry a piece of him with me forever.

 

After we were finished we met Patti and JuJu at Sunset Kai for dinner.

 

Kua Bay and Old A

What a way to start our day. I call this "my office". everyday I am here I come outside and enjoy the view. It is beyond priceless.

 

If you know me you know that I am in love with Kua Bay. It is quite a bit busier than it used to be but I still love it. The crystal blue water and the rolling waves. Today T, myself, Patti and JuJu enjoyed some fun in the sun. Then it was off to Old A for a pot luck with all of our island Ohana. It was great to see Sarah and the kids!

Today we were headed out for another try at deep sea fishing, sadly there is nothing to report other than a wonderful day with my son and some beautiful whales.

 

Mauna Kea Golf Club, Tommy Bahama's, & Petrogliyphs

Since we always travel for spring break and my loves birthday always falls that week, I love nothing more than to offer him what he loves which is golf. Though it is not my love, I do it for him. Golfing with his family. We followed up with a lovely dinner at Tommy Bahama's, and Patti, T and I did a short hike through the Petroglyphs. Another stunning day on the island!
