Championship Basketball West Jr High VS North Jr High

Well, our little girl is on the starting team for West Jr High, she has had a very busy year that brought her all the way here to the Championship Game against North Jr High. Hanna is so much like her Dad I love it! Our quite little girl is a feisty firecracker on the court! I love her ambition and dedication!

This is the live footage from the last few seconds of the game. West was ahead by 5 points with under a minute left in the game. They had played so hard overcoming a double digit deficit in the first quarter, they lead through the second, third, and fourth, only to fall behind by 1 point in the last 28 seconds. Such a valiant effort which ended in despair. A great game with a tough outcome!
We are very proud of you Hanna Banana!

I love this picture of Hanna holding Tristan in the middle of all of her teammates! He loves her so much!

West VS South

Hanna is wrapping up her basketball season. I finally got to another game. She is so great to watch! The scary thing is, she is so her dad! I love it. You can really see it when she plays sports! Our quit little girl gets all riled up and feisty, I love it. She always gives 110%. She is growing into some athlete!

I love this picture, it says it all!

Christmas with Auntie Lisa

Since Auntie Lisa was in New York for Christmas, we waited until she got home to exchange gifts. We went over to her house and ordered Chinese for dinner just like we did on Christmas Eve at moms. After dinner we opened gifts. It was super fun. Thanks for a great night sis! Love you!

Grammy & Pop Pop

Since I had a bit of a stint in the hospital we did not go to Tamarack to see Dad and Sue but we were able to go to dinner with them and hang out at Auntie Lisa's for a bit. The visit was short but better than not at all!

Love you and miss you Grammy & Pop Pop!

Swim anyone?

So Tex comes in and tells me that he walked across the pool. I had checked it earlier in the day to see if it was frozen but there was no way I was going to try to walk on it.

Oh, and no, Tristan was not watching!

Happy New Year

After a rough week last week I was very happy to spend New Years Eve home with my family. Tristan woke up early as always and we watched the Rose Parade, we weren't there for the game as we should have been but it was nice to watch it on TV as always!

Later in the day Tristan and I decided to break in one of his Christmas gifts. He received a JR cooking kit, super cute. We decided to make cupcakes for daddy.

I love to cook with my mommy!

mmm, this is the best part!

Time to clean up.

What? Do I have chocolate on my face?

Time to frost the cupcakes.

SURPRISE!

Thanks Mommy!
