Me & TJ at Tamarack

Time to head to the mountains and get a few cuts in. TJ and I set out for a weekend at Tamarack. I love spending these times together. We even stopped in for some fishing on the way down but it was a little chilly so we didn't stay long.

Wynonna

Every time she comes to town I always get Tex tickets. He loves her so much. It doesn't hurt that I do as well. Wynonna puts on such an amazing show. I love that she comes out barefoot and beautiful! She never disappoins.

Leading the way

One of the things that I love about school ball is the opportunity for Tristan to help the other boys. This was all totally on his own. Little does he know it yet but he is a born leader.

Look who paid us a visit.

Garrett, Amanda and Hazel paid us a visit. We don't get to see them nearly enough but things are slowly getting back to normal with Garrett and I. It's hard when they get older. It is good to have them around.

Idaho Apartment Association Tribute Awards 2020

As many of you know I have been involved with the Idaho Apartment Association for about three years now. Tonight was our night to celebrate not just our industry but most of all our team! CBW Properties was well represented and even walked away with a couple awards. Josh and Ricardo we nominated for maintenance technician of the year. Angee was nominated for for Property Manager of the year under 150 units. Lastly, I was nominated for Regional Manager of the Year.

I was absolutely honored to accept this award along side Angee for her category. It meant the world to me as we have both worked so hard!

No one wins an award without an amazing staff and we definateley have that.

It has been an amazing year!

Outer Banks

A couple years ago Patti bought a house in The Outer Banks to satisfy her hunger for the beach. We had not seen it yet so we planned on heading down after Christmas. I was excited to see it! Duck, as it's called is a destination summer resort town but in the off season it is quite nice. There was hardly anyone there. We spent time playing games, watching football, movies, and sight seeing. We took Brittany for long walks on the beach and ate great food. We also took a drive to Corolla to see the wild horses which was a great adventure!  The best part of all we we got to just hang out as a family.

Another amazing trip!
