Greek Day

I missed Greek Day while I was in Mexico but some of our friend grabbed some pictures and Tristan's reading.

A week long trip down to Baja Mexico

It had been a long time since we had been south of the boarder. It was originally supposed to be Julie, Sheree, Christy, and I but Christy was not able to come because of school. Chisty will be missed but it's time to get down to business for a weekend away.

Since we did not go during Dad and Sue's normal time we were in a different unit than last time but it was still beautiful! Much further back from the ocean but still has a wonderful view. We got three days all inclusive again which is always fun! Since the girls were there an extra day this time we also had some time to eat in town.

There were many days spent by the pool, the drinks did not seem as strong this time but none the less it was still fun. Nothing like the sun, the beach and good friends.

We celebrated Julies birthday with pool, shots, great food, and before the trip was over an amazing whale watching trip!

The resort seemed to step up their entertainment over the past couple of years and the inclusive food was much better too and it was not bad before.

We met some new friends while we were there. Not quite like before but still nice people.

I t was also cool that Dad and Sue were staying next door at Terra Sol. We were able to catch up with them a few times.

It was a great week of some much needed R & R

A Valentine Tradition

How did I not get pictures of us this year? Maybe because we were so full. I love The Melting Pot for Valentines Day!

Cole VAlley Sdecondary Campus Preview

I can't believe the time has come for Tristan to move to the secondary campus. The boys were out in force today. Today set my mind at ease. Change is hard but I think we are ready. Where does time go?

Remember the standing broom

Remember when there was a post on Facebook that said if you stand a broom on its end it will stay up because of the way the earth is tilted on it's axis? LOL That is what happens at 3 am, But the memories from that night will last a lifetime.
