A Spooktacular night

This year looked a bit different since Tex was in recovery. T went to trick or treat with his friends. Tex chilled in the man cave, and I sat out front to hand out treats. Thanks to Maren for coming and getting some photos or I might not have any. We had over 100 guests.

16 years of celebrations

After 15 years of parties and celebrations all Tristan wanted this year was to have his friends spend the night. When I arrived home I found a Dude Perfect version of beer pong going on with all the condiments from the fridge set up as the bar for mixtures of choice. Followed by a softball game with live soda cans in the front yard... of course I had to show them who was boss. A number of more kids arrived and then they were off to The Village, this was a nice reprieve while I did some tidying up. When I questions T when he was NOT at The Village, his answer was "we may, or may not have just toilet papered someone's house". Boys!

The boys then came home for some cake and ice cream before their second stealth mission.

Once they returned it was time to stay in for the evening. They stayed down stairs and gamed all night, we slept quietly upstairs.

Happy birthday son. I hope it was all you wanted.

Happy Sweet 16 Tristan Jacoby

Gratefully Tex was released from the hospital and was able to celebrate Tristan's 16th birthday. We invited some of his closest friends to dinner with us at Texas Roadhouse.

Cole Valley JV 26 VS Ontario 12

The JV team wrapped up the year with a win as well. T and I tried to facetime Tex in the hospital before the game but he didn't answer. After the game we went down to see him.

It has been a week.

The Horton Chili Fee without The Horton's

We can't thank Eric and Patti enough for all of their help for pulling off the chili feed. Thank you to all who came even though we were not there. We would have been eating Chili for years without you all.

See you all next year!
