Brotherly love!

Tex had a game Monday night but he was more interested in Garrett than in Dad today.

Garrett teaching Tristan to ride. Too cute!

We will miss you brother!

Empty no more!

Garrett and I were sitting in the basement and we could not help but look at the tank. It was empty and we were missing Fred. We loaded up in the car and headed to the fish store! We were originally looking for Oscar's but then I saw this Midas fish. She was so beautiful! Her fins were perfect and I loved her color and size. She is only 1 1/2 years old. Midas was returned to the fish store because she became too large for her previous owners tank. This was perfect for our tank. Midas has a new home!

WELCOME HOME MIDAS!

They call me the fireman...

Tonight, at our softball game there was an injury on another field. Both the firetruck and the ambulance came. After they took care of their call, the firemen hung around and let the kids get in the truck! Sheree, the master blogger, had her camera! Thanks for the shots Sheree!

Bye Firemen!

Fire her up & take her for a spin!

Dad and Sue are in town and they took Lisa to a movie this afternoon. After the movie they came over for dinner. We BBQ'd burgers and hot dogs.

i
We took a little swim in the pool, this was Lisa's second trip down the slide:)

I pulled the car out so Dad could take a look at it. I thought we might take it for a little spin. After dad inspected the car and gave me his approval he sat down in it a started it up, he adjusted the mirrors, and fastened his seat belt, and yes, you guessed it! Dad took it for a little spin!

After Dad's test drive around the block, Dad, Sue, Hanna, & I drove downtown to The west Side Drive in to have a little desert. dad and I had root beer floats and boy were they good!

2009 Percifield Memorial Tournament

This weekend our team got into the Marsing tournament. We ended up with three pick up players and I was not sure how we would fare but we had a great weekend! We had a few really close games which makes it even more fun. We ended up taking fourth place through the bugs and the heat. Thanks for letting me steal some photo's Sheree!

The empty Tank..

Today is a very sad day, we returned from our wonderful trip to Minnesota to find that Fred, my Oscar, whom has been through hell and back had died. This was not your typical death... No, this Oscar decided to jump out of the lid that was left open by person's yet to be determined. When I came home I saw the tank was empty and I began to search only to find Fred lying on the floor lifeless. Many of you that now Fred, know that he has been to hell and back! He has survived, disease, tank breakage, and heater element malfunction. Fred is survived by his owner, Lynnette and Tristan whom will miss him dearly! Fred is dead because one of those not listed decided to leave the lid on the tank open.

Headed Home

After a day in Morgan we decided to drive back to "The Cities", as they call them, so we did not have to get up super early to catch our plane. No trip would be complete without visiting you nearest Hard Rock Cafe though!

FRUITY BEVERAGE!

Rock ON!

"I was born and raised on a farm in Minnesota..."

Today we spent the day in Morgan. We attended the 9:30 Mass that was being held in Grandma's honor. This was just a coincidence. We could not believe it! Uncle Glen, Uncle Gary, Aunt Linda, Uncle Kevajha, Dad, Sue, Lisa, Patti, Chris, Janelle, Stacy, Phillip & I all attended.

After Mass we went to the cemetery to place flower's on Grandma's headstone as well as on Aunt Barb's.
I also left Grandma my favorite picture of Tristan, this was much more emotional than I thought it was going to be.

After we went to the cemetery we headed out to the farm...

Two years ago Dad, Steve, Tex and I built 28 car ports at the apartments in Boise. During construction a few of the car port edges were a "bit askew", if you know what I mean? This is quit funny considering how "perfect" the Welter family is. It was even more funny when Tex noticed the roof of the barn to be a bit askew!

OMG turn her loose!

Dad words, " I am not responsible for any of this! as he walks out of the barn.

"She thinks my tractor's sexy..."
