A much needed trip to the hills. It has been a rough few weeks and I love nothing more than hitting the hills when I need a little alone time. Seaman's Gulch is my favorite trail. I ran it so much when I was training. Today was a walk but I loved it just the same. Time to reset.

It was a full moon and it has been a while since Angee and I washed our stones, so she invited us out. We met down by Joe's Grab Shack. I love these adventures.
