The time at the elementary school is done : (

After a long and lonely spring Tristan was able to schedule a time to come in and clean out his locker. He hand picked a few of his friends and made that last walk accross the playground.

Tristan was so happy to see his friends and his teachers! I won't lie... a few tears were shed.

The good news is, we have made a wonderful friend in Mrs McDowell so we know we will see her again.

The Niederer's Covid Style

Well, as Covid has progress, Selena and I had to make a judgement call on weather to proceed with our 30m year class reunion. Once the 24th of July Celebration was cancelled we decided to postpone it for a year. This called for a trip to IF to record a video and then get some quality time with my girls. It also allowed for some quality time with the boys!

We took a trip up to Island Park to stop at both Warm Springs and Big Springs as well as stopping for a bite to eat. Trevan ventured off to check for a future camping site and proceeded to get stuck. Once we got him out we headed to the reservoir to do some fishing. It was great to catch up with Rich! 

Before we left Kevan cooked us up the fish we caught and it was super yummy!

CVCS Teacher Appreciation Day

Today we are getting the Firebird ready for a drive through teacher appreciation day at the elementary campus. To say this spring has been strange with Covid is a minor statement but we are excited to see our teachers who have been putting in so much work if even at a distance.

I won't lie, when we got to Tristan's teacher's I had to stop myself so not to cry. We miss them so much!
