This family brings me so much joy. New Years Eve was supposed to be at our house but Tex ended up getting sick and so we headed to the Jensen's house. We played games, we laughed, we ate, and we laughed some more. I can think of no better way to ring in the New Year!
Christmas morning was brought with many smile. Lisa spent the night to share in the festivities. This was another year of gifts of experiences and they started off early. As we opened our gifts one by one, we again realize our blessings.
The last gift was a scavanger hunt for Tristan. And yes, the final gift was an Xbox.
We then had breakfast and relaxed the rest of the day.
So much to be thankful for.

We had take out Chinese for dinner in honor of Mom and Maren's yummy Rice Crispie Treats!
This years Idaho Potato Bowl was Kent State vs Wyoming. Cutting Edge offered us an invitation to The Steuckle Sky Center. We were only offered two tickets so Tex and I took advantage of those and Tristan met some of his friends in the stands. We had a really great time! Ran into an old friend too. Great to see you Z!
