Kindergarten Basketball is getting rough!

Today started out as a really good day. Tristan was first out of the tunnel!

We have really been working on team work this week after last week when he scored a breakaway saying, and I quote "Gabe I got this". HE IS 6! Oh, and yes he scored the lay up.

All was good until...
He took a rebound in the face and knocked out a tooth.

He was quick enough to grab it off the court.
Here it is!

What a tough boy. He came out of the game for just enough time to stop the bleeding then he was back to his time. I was very proud of him!

My Valentine

I woke up to beautiful Lillie's. He knows I love them! Capped of with a Halloween piece!

My love and I met for an afternoon movie. He took me to see Winter's Tale where the Movie theater was handing out roses and free popcorn. Funny thing was I thought Tex brought the rose, you so could have pulled that off.

The evening was capped off with steak diane, new potatoes and green beans.
Super yummy!

Desert were chocolate covered strawberries.

...and Ice Cream for Tristan.
Two fisting it.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Good bye baby room hello little boy room!

So I asked Tristan what color he would like his room? He told me red, I said, I will do one wall. Well, the red transformed into a super hero room that is going to rock! A New York Skyline will house a Spiderman rock climbing area and a climbing rope.

Tristan wanted in on the action! He was a great helper!

Tex, well he wanted you all to think he was helping so he came in and got in a picture!

Gotta love Fatheads!

Snow Day!

What did you always wish for as a child?

SNOW DAY!
Well, today they got it. Not really sure why because we only got about 3 -5 inches. Much less than some other storms but they are out none the less.
After about 4 hours of shoveling snow we all went to lunch then it was time for some sledding!
We capped it off with some hot chocolate at the office!
Love these kids!

There are 21 students in Mr. Li's class. The entire school participated today but I only recorded the Kindergarten class. Grandma and Auntie were also here for the entertainment!
