This year has been such a blessing. So many things to be thankful for. One of them was to be invited to Eric's house on Christmas Day. Because of that we had a bit of a change in plans for Christmas Eve. Normally we go to mom's for Christmas Eve. We order Chinese, then open gifts with her. Since we were not hosting dinner we decided to have her and Lisa over to our house for the night. I really was a perfect evening. The afternoon began with a fabulous service at The Pursuit. After the service we went to pick up mom and headed to Top Wok Upon picking up mom we saw the home's ginger bread house. It was HUGE! Look closely and you will see mom on the front seat of the bus. LOVE IT! Hanna and Garret joined us for dinner. It was so nice to see Hanna! She is so busy with school and work we don't often get to see her. The meal was great and the conversation was even better. While we were at dinner we were hit with a bit of a storm which brought us a dusting of snow, perfect for Christmas. Just enough to cover the ground but not enough that we had to go shovel the apartments. This made us very happy! Once we got hope we began finishing up the tree for Christmas morning. Merry Christmas everyone!
