Asana with the Jensen's

Angee and I have been wanting to take the kids to Asana to climb. Neither of us had been there before and we thought today would be a great day and that it was! There was hardly anyone there and the kids had a blast! After climbing they spent most of their time on the ring trying to remake "Rewrite the Stars" from The Greatest Showman! Man I love these kids!

Last Day of 4th grade Cole Valley Christian

Today brings a close to Tristan's 4th grade year. This year was full of changes and Tristan handled it like a champ! In October he switched from Gateway to Cole Valley! This was one of the best moves that we could have made. Though I don't love paying for school I can say you definitely get what you pay for!

Studio C Dance Studio - Ellie's Recital

 We got to spend the afternoon with these beauties today. Ellie had a recital for Studio C Dance Club and Lisa got us tickets to go. I love that we still get to see these girls and they remain a part of our lives. Ellie did so awesome! We showered her with flowers afterwords then took her and Cassidy to fro yo!

 

The Heart Walk

Today we walked to support Jacob. Jacob is Tristan's friend who has been through so much in his life. As a child with heart issues he has been through so much. We are so lucky to have him in our life! We capped the night off with some fro yo!

Cole Valley Spring Olympics

Today was Cole Valley's Spring Olympics which was really just like Gateway field Day that they had at the end of the year. I loved how the teams were divided up and then given a country to represent. Tristan was on team Denmark. Since I volunteered I did not get to follow him around but it was pretty obvious they did quite well. They ended up taking 1st place and they were super excited about it!

Cole Valley Fishing Day @ Wilson Springs

Today was the fourth grade fishing day. One of the things I love about ole Valley is how may things they offer the kids. We went out to Nampa to the fish hatchery and then went across the street to Wilson Springs to fish for the afternoon. We were given fishing poles to use by Fish and Game and a couple hours to fish. Tristan and I hit the trophy pond. I am not sure if you can see that big boy in the water but we were not able to real him in. We had a lot of fun trying though!
