Christmas in Virginia

This Christmas we headed east to spend some time with Patti and Brittany. I was a little leery and the weather back east is usually a mess but the weather held out!

We flew into Richmond and spent some R & R getting ready for Christmas. Patti had this great idea to make Mom's favorite burger Pattis but after forgetting how much time they really took and hosting a brief happy hour we opted for some quick pizza which turned out pretty darn good. We could not quit laughing over this!!!!

We got to spend some good quality time with Nita and Dave and then it was time to prep for Santa's arrival.

Christmas day was actually filled with work and play. Patti had a lot of things she needed done so we all helped around the farm and then Patti and Tristan set out for a riding lesson. I love that he tries anything. He rode last time he was here and loved it!

What an amazing holiday filled with love and laughter.

Thanks for hosting us sis!

Love you
