Every year I hole a staff appreciation party at my house. CBW hosts the Christmas party but I host the summer party just as a way to say thank you to my staff personally. I have it catered so I don't have to worry about cooking and then we have time to just hang out.
A good leader has a great team and I am totally aware of what a great team that I have.
