SO this has been a pretty interesting year. I was back to running triathlon's but just short ones, just for fun. When I did the spring sprint River said she wanted to do one and I said SWEET let's do the Y not Tri. The Jensen's were so good bout training, Angee and Flower even snuck into the equation so this was our brick prior to the race. Outside of a little panic attack from one of the kids we were good!
