Chicago Day 6

Last day of the conference. We had some great classes and speakers. We started off the morning with Alton Fitzgerold White. I've posted his songs in stories. I like how he talked about each poster as his degrees and the valuable life lessons he gained from each.
We ended the day with an awesome interview with Viola Davis and Bill Rancic. It was like we were all having a conversation. She was so real, so raw, so relatable. I loved her responses to the audience questions. Definitely a highlight to the conference and a great way to end!
I'm excited about what I've learned and things we are going to change, tweak, or add to what we already do.

At the recommendation of one of our Lyft drivers. We had lunch at Harold's and got the Mow sauce. So good!
We then walked around to several shops looking for just the right souvenir for KG.

We stopped at this darling cup cake shop that was closed the night before. It had such a great vibe! The swings are super fun and there were book shelves full of books complete with couches to cozy up on and read. The cupcakes were amazing. I got triple chocolate and strawberry cheesecake. I got birthday cake and crème brulée. Worth it!

After chilling in the room for a bit, we were back at it! We checked out the bean again in daylight and had some fun.

We experienced an amazing show at the amphitheater. We learned of the journey of Zulema from Mexico to Chicago. It was mix of a play and a concert and it was terrific.

It was the perfect ending to another perfect day.
Tacos are cheaper than therapy, but so is unlimited time with your best friend. I'm so grateful!
