When Stacy and Debi decided to come out for the service they also wanted to do some site seeing. They did quite a bit the day we arrived. They also asked if we would be interested in going to Alcatraz. I have been trying to get the boys to Alcatraz for years. When we checked for tickets, they were sold out but somehow Stacy found availability through the National Park Website which also included a trip to Angel Island. I loved this because I had not been there before.Tristan was not too amused but he took it in stride.
After our tour we walked down to Pier 39 for some dinner.
It was a lovely day in the city with family.
