Cake Balls - Day 2

The second day of cake balls was fairly easy just a bit time consuming. Melt some of your favorite candy coating. Today I chose chocolate, vanilla, and Andee's Peppermint. Milt until smooth and roll the refrigerated balls in the coating. You can also decorate them with sprinkles and nuts.

Boy oh boy are they good!
