Today we headed down to the market and while the family and friends were shopping I headed to church. I decided to go to Living Stones today because I needed to be by the ocean. The message was amazing today. After church I headed down to the wter where there was a little turtle hanging out in the lava. As I walked back to meet the family I saw this section of the bike path that said... "run - walk - run - walk" How ironic that I am missing Rhoni terribly and she walked me down the road. You see Rhoni trained this way for her tri's, she never ran the whole way. It was always walk - run - walk - run. I loved that she was with me <3
