Patti and I headed back to Tamarack this week to get some much needed work done. We had a few big ticket items that we needed to spend some uninterrupted time on, what better place to do it than our new house!
Today is also my big sister's birthday so we had to live it up a little bit. We started off with some cheese, crackers, and wine.
Patti opened her birthday present, which was quit nicely wrapped I might add.
A
Brookstone IPOD docking station which sounds fabulous I might add.
I made a fabulous dinner, I made spaghetti from Tex's left over roasted veggies, added some diced tomatoes and served with Romano cheese, add a bit of wine, and
wala!
After dinner we treated ourselves to birthday cupcakes that we picked up before we left Boise.
Oh, were they good!
The aftermath!
We could not leave this picture out. We were in need of a later to hang some art. Some of the Tamarack faithful brought it for us. One happened to be the safety inspector, he left before we did this...
We saw this beautiful fox as we headed out to have dinner after a long hard days work.
After a fabulous, shared meal at The Mill, we retreated to the fire pit in the bar to, you guessed it, roast some marshmallows. Patti had to wonder off to find some roasting sticks. We shared our treat with some other people around the fire. Yummy! Gosh we have fun!
