Blessing Bags

 A few weeks ago I saw a post on Facebook about creating "Blessing Bags". Blessing Bags are a large zip lock full of item's that someone in need could benefit from. This seemed like a great "Spend-Save-Share" lesson. Tristan took the money from his share jar which was about 40$, I matched that and we went to the dollar store to buy goodies to put in the bags. We bought 5 of each item and then added $5 to each bag as well. When we got home we made an assembly line and stuffed the bag. We put one in each car. Tristan was so excited when we were able to give one of the bags to a person in need. We also gave one to a teenager that approached us while we were fishing. This has been such a great experience we will definitely do this again.
