South Point - Black Sands & Green Sands

Today was a special day. I always say the the island is a healing place and today I get the opportunity to share some special places with the girls. We stopped at South Point where I tried to get one of the girls to cliff dive but to no avail. Ironically we also met some others from Boise there. Small world.  We hiked into Green Sands Beach 3 miles in the dirt and the wind. It is a food thing it was windy or it would have been too hot. Apparently this is pretty normal at south point. We spent a few hours here and as always it did not disappoint. The surf was quit high today so we didn't venture far into the water. We saw two different girls get pulled out by locals. One was one of the girls from Boise we had met earlier in the day. This beach is magical and is always worth the trip! My life's joy is sharing the many blessing that have been bestowed on us.
