As many of you know Tristan has been in the Chinese Immersion program for 5 years. A few years ago when the school decided to discontinue the program many families left. We decided to hang in there but we always said if the Chinese held him back in other subjects that he would need to move. Unfortunately this was the year. So much so we could not even wait it out. After many conversations, research & prayer Tristan has moved to Cole Valley Christian. I think that I was more emotional and worried than he was. His new teacher, Mrs Bertram and the class were all so welcoming. I worried all day and called Tristan right after school, when I asked him how his day was his exact words were "IT'S AMAZING" Please don't let that wear off! So far so good!
