Today was a day of celebration, Tristan's 5th grade class celebrated their harvest party at Winstead Park and great fun was had by all! There were lots of game, lot's of sugar, and lot's of fun! We even added a bit more when we brought doughnuts at Tristan's request for his birthday.
After school we headed to Pappa Joe's to celebrate with Italian Food and a birthday celebration for Tristan to be followed with none the less... The Lion King. I loved sharing this with Sheree, Paige, Auntie Lisa and, since Tex was out of town we invited Shivani. It was so amazing to see these friends watch this production that had not seen it before, it is always priceless.
On our way back to the car we met a few performers, One was actually Simba Mother, The Lioness. They were gracious enough to take a photo with Tristan for his birthday!
