7/12 1 hour Spin. I love Spinning! Glad to be back.
7/13 1 hour weight lifting 20 laps in the pool
7/13 2 miles on the treadmill
7/14 1 hour boxing with trainer, 20 laps in the pool (AM), 3 1/2 mile jog with the girls (PM)
7/15 10 mile Cycle
7/16 Off to Winnamuca with the girls to play ball.
