Game Day

We started game day off with room service. Tex got ham and eggs and I with a ham and cheese omelet. It was super yummy! We were going to try to get to the Hard Rock off the strip but we were enjoying chilling out in our room too much.

We chilled out a bit too long and it was time to get ready for the game. We were dragging our feet a bit because we considered taking a cab, we finally decided to just take the bus. That meant I needed to get ready in a hurry. Time for some art work.

It was fricking pouring when we got to the game. It poured for an hour. We didn't even get off the bus for an hour. It finally let up so we headed into the stadium.

After the game the bus driver took us to the Hard Rock off the strip. We ate dinner and I had a couple fruity beverages. Got a little tipsy. We walked back to the hotel and saw this creek that had flooded a road. There were flood warnings the entire time we were in Vegas. We were so lucky it did not rain during the game, especially considering how wet it was before the game.

The Eiffel Tower was looking pretty on our walk home.

We entered The Venetian from a different area and found this very cool shopping section that we had not seen before.

Another wonderful bowl game, even if it was not The Rose Bowl.
Thanks Boise State!
