It has become some what of a tradition to spend Christmas Eve with mom, order Chinese food for dinner and open gifts with her. This has become a very special time and I always enjoy having as much of the family as possible together. This year we are lucky to have Patti with us too.
Since tonight is the Hawaii Bowl (BSU vs Oregon State), the staff at Salmon Creek set us up next to the big screen TV. Boy do they treat her well.
After supper we settled in for a bit of football and the kids enjoyed some time in the game room.
At half time we moved to mom's apartment to open gifts.
We are so blessed!
