Well, the date is set! Friday May 16, 2008 at 9:30 am we will be at the Ada County Courthouse to finalize our adoption! Tristan Jacoby will officially become a Horton. We are so excited for this process to be finalized. We new it was only going through the motions but just knowing it will be final is great!
We would like any of our friends and family to come that can make it. It will be a very happy occasion!

Oh man, I was really looking forward to going but I have an MRI on my ankle at 10. :( I hope the entire thing is magical! I loved that part of the process. And as our judge said, the judges LOVE it because it's not often that they get to celebrate something happy in their courtroom.
