Well, they say you can't teach an old dog new tricks but I have to say Len looks pretty good playing basketball for nearly the first time in his life. At least that is what he keeps telling anyone who will listen. Yes, Len still has the gift for gab even if every word isn't clear. We all try hard to get what he is saying and each day gets better. He is getting more and more sentences clear and is beginning to use the phone. He especially enjoyed a phone call from his brother Gary(see photo) and he made a call to Steve the other day to talk business. All therapy is going well and we drive to the medical center a couple times a week. Our visit yesterday ended with me loosing the keys to our rental car and having the car towed to the rental car place. I told Len how lucky he was that he got to experience another adventure with me. He did not find it amusing but the tow truck driver thought it was hilarious. Got to keep our sense of humor.
Hope all of you are well and a special hello to all our friends in Kona. We are beginning to miss home.
