Apartmentalize Day 3

 

We attended Region meetings which was very interesting and equally frustrating. It's time for change!

For the opening ceremony, we got to hear Magic Johnson! He was so inspiring and fun.

 

We walked to the Band Shell on the ocean for a concert! The NAA knows how to put on a good show. We had the best tacos and there were great photo opps.

 

First up, The Goo Goo Dolls! They put on a great show!

 

Next up was Train! It was unbelievable to be so close. Being able to see everything that happens makes a concert so much better.

 

During the Meet Virginia song, he went backstage and put the shirt on. When he came back out on stage he threw several of the same shirts out to the audience. He then grabbed a permanent marker and signed his and then had the band sign it and that's when Angee put her phone away because she knew that shirt was hers. He looked straight at her and then did a fake-out and put the shirt on the ground and finished the song. After the song, he picked it up and threw it her direction. she caught 3/4 of it and the girl next to her (that you can hear screaming in my videos) caught a quarter of it. Four of her friends, 2 guys and 2 girls, jumped in to try to help her get it away from her and they were crazy! One girl even went over the table. But even with it being 5 against 1, she WON! Boom! I told Angee later that once she saw my face she knew she would be just fine. It wasn't without effort and that is why she now have a brace on my hand. Totally worth it!
