Headed up to Tamarack

We have been planning for about three weeks to go up to Tamarack this weekend to ski with our friends Sheree, Johnny, & Paige. Then, as most of you know, last week they announced that they were shutting Tamarack down. We were now going to let us mess up our weekend though. We headed up early on Friday so we could stop by the Gold Fork Hot Springs. For those of you that don't know they are just outside of Donnelly about 8 miles or so. While we were on our way Tristan got a bit cranky but I have a children's CD in the car and I kind of turned it on as a last resort. The funny thing is that when I turned it on Tristan calmed down and Tex began to sing. You are all going to laugh very hard at this but this right here is one of the many reasons that I married this great man! He is such a great dad!




Once we got to Gold Fork, we were all in! There are many different pools. They are the hottest at the top and they get cooler as you get further away from the spring. Tristan did very well! The pool we were in was about 104. Paige had such a good time with Tristan. There was actually a shelf along the side of the pool that Tristan could walk and he had a blast. He even stepped off a couple of times and took a dunk and didn't freak out!

It's getting steamy!

So, we get home and have some dinner and decide to settle down and watch some TV, RIGHT. To our surprise the TV was not working right so the boys decided to go into the bedroom and cuddle on the bed... this was a vision i could have done without! Needles to say while they were cuddling I went out and fixed the TV. Have fun boys!
