Before heading back to Virginia we took a scenic driving tour around town to see some of the sites. The light was stunning, it made me wish we had spent more time in the city. That was actually our plan before the crash.

Hard Rock Cafe Washington DC
Today we took the opportunity to sleep in a bit. Mom and Nita went shopping so Tex, TJ and I headed into the city to hit the Hard Rock. This is always on Tex's list if there is one close. He likes to collect the trading pins from different cities.
