I just spoke with Sue & Patti, they are on their way to see Dad. The very good news of the day is they did a CT scan & the blood is beginning to be absorbed!!!!! They tried to bring him off sedation, but his blood pressure went up higher than they wanted, so they aborted for the day and returned him to the sedation level he has been at. They will try again tomorrow, lowering the sedation level even slower than they did today. Remember, this will be a long process so be prepared. Dad is not going to come off sedation and say what the hell happened at least not verbally, but you know he will be thinking that. Coming off sedation is one step up the ladder of recovery. I am writing this for my benefit as well as yours!
